Love it!!

I have loved the white truffle probiotic neck cream a long time. It worked fabulously. I was so excited to see it was back! Well, it’s not back. This cream doesn’t look the same (yes the name is different but the reviews are all for the other neck cream). It smells horrible - so bad I cannot even describe it and it burns my nose. There are no words. Please, please bring back the white truffle neck cream.

Honestly this is by far the best cream I have used for dark circles and puffy eyes. I have tried a lot of creams but this one gave me results in a week. I used it morning and before going to bed. I have seen noticeable difference in my dark circles. The photo by the grass is before pic and the photo by the mall is the after pic. They are both taken at daylight.

I have been using this eye cream for many years and have honestly loved it and have seen such a difference in how my under eyes have brightened. In the past I have purchased it on the website and also at a department store. My most recent purchase was through the website after a couple year hiatus of not using the cream… first of all the price had gone up considerably, and second the consistency if different… it has always been lotion-like and after patting into the skin under my eyes it moisturized and also vanished into my skin like it should. This jar I recently purchased is a very thick consistency and when patted (or smoothed) under my eyes appears yellow and chunky on my skin. Not sure if the entire eye cream formulation has changed, but I used to LOVE this product and shared with many friends. Now I’m disappointed in it and also cannot believe the price for the current product.

Please restock! I’ll buy in bulk! WOULD BUY YOUR WHOLE STOCK OF THIS TONER IF I COULD!

This is hands down the best eyecream ive ever used, and ive used quite a few. Its the only eyecream that ive noticed is giving me results in the form of lightening up my dark undereye area. 10/10

I’m in my late 50 so I don’t expect miracles from the skin care products. What I like about this line is that it’s reasonably priced, formulated with clean plant based ingredients, pleasant and easy to use. This is my second time purchasing Serum and Eye Cream. Moisturizer is a little too light for my skin, so I usually dab a few drops of facial oil on a top of it. A little note to the company: there is no reason to use a false bottom jars. I strongly believe customers have right to know what and how much they get for their money.

The picture in the hat was when I was using the cream. Super bright underneath my eyes. The other picture shows me currently.. with dark circles that have returned. The vitamin k in this eye cream is something different and it truly works for me. AKA: grail product.

I stopped using this for 2 months and I’m sorry I did. My dark eye circles returned and my eyes look swollen!! The vitamin k in this eye cream is something I’ve never seen before and it truly does work. See picture in the hat how bright it is under my eyes.. Highly recommend. Holy grail product for me.

Using for almost 4years in my everyday routine.

Macy's has their product for the old price!! I bought 4!! So I could wait out for this company to realize how many people they are losing over the price increase!! Free shipping as well!!

This is a great product. The problem is they increase prjce of, their product too fast. When you do a price increase you don't increase it by $30. You slowly increase it over time. This indicates to me that all their employees probably felt like they need to be making $32 an hour. they probably need to cut down on some of their employees at this point to make sure that their cost is lower. There's no way that you're changing any of your material costs are inside your product. And actually the cost of material things are starting to go down because the price of gas is going down. Please lower your prices down big time don't charge people anymore than $40 when you're doing a price increase. You don't increase it by $30 that's not fair. Doesn't work in any industry for you to do it like that. I want to know how much you've lost for clientele after the first year. In the meantime I'm looking for a product somewhere else they'll cost me $70 probably but at least I'll get more product for my money. I remember when I bought your product for the first time that I looked at that tiny little jar and I was like this better work cuz if it does it it's already going to cost me more money than it's worth. Luckily the product did work and I felt like it was reasonable to buy four more times before they increased it to $50. Now that I'm completely out I'm scratching my head on what I want to do and like I said I'm looking for another product that cost me $70 so give me more product for my money. I'll let everybody know if I find anything. In the meantime darling you guys need to suck it up and make a hard decision because $50 is way over a price increase that is reasonable at this time during the time of everything costing more than what it should.

Excellent product, only one that worked, but out of reach for me now. Came to purchase refills for me and for gifts for sister. Unable to do either due to unbelievable price spike. So disappointed.

I'm definitely not going to pretend that I love paying more money for the same product. I balked when I saw the price jump, and immediately started researching alternative options. That said, I am tremendously picky about skincare -- it has to have quality ingredients and it has to WORK, it doesn't matter how much I love the texture, smell, aesthetic, etc. This is my THIRD time purchasing this eye cream. It just works so ridiculously well, with zero irritation. I have hereditary dark circles that have been with me my entire life, meaning that I've had a devoted relationship with my favorite under-eye concealer since high school. I'm now in my early 30s and since I started using this regularly at night (I use The Ordinary Caffeine Eye Cream in the morning, and maybe twice a week I'll use ROC's Retinol Eye Cream in the evening, but this HDB eye cream is the only one I truly think I can't live without) I've felt confident not wearing under-eye concealer for the first time in decades. When I went to Sephora with no makeup on, looking for alternative options to this eye cream, and asked the salesperson what they'd recommend for my under-eye dark circles, they stared at me and said "What dark circles? Are the dark circles in the room with us right now?" Which reminded me why this product kicks so much ass, because my whole life I've been so used to hearing "You look sick." or "You look tired." if I skipped under-eye concealer. Setting realistic expectations though: Are my dark circles completely gone, forever? No, of course not. If I'm genuinely exhausted or super dehydrated, a body is gonna do what a body is gonna do. HOWEVER, out of everything I've ever tried, this eye cream has made the most difference. On a day to day basis, my under-eyes look rested, hydrated, smooth, and bright... not like I'm a sickly Victorian child, which has been the default for so long. It's also gentle and lusciously hydrating without feeling heavy at all -- this product has never cause milia for me, or any other unwanted reaction. Check out the reviews on Sephora or Ulta for the top eye creams and count the number of reviews with women lamenting bad skin reactions from eye creams in the price range of $50-$80, ranging from milia to mild burns. The point is, I know the price increase is a lot. I'm broke, and I hate it too. BUT for a product that hydrates, brightens, has solid ingredients, and doesn't irritate even sensitive skin? They're just raising their prices to match the competition, and I sincerely think this product smokes most of the competition out there. It's still worth it, and I'd rather spend my $ supporting a product that's responsibly made and reliably delivers.

I have been using this cleanser 2-3 times a week on my face and my body for over three years, and I hope they never stop making it. This product is masterfully formulated, and consistent. I used to buy at least 2-3 bottles at a time to avoid running out of it; and it was worth every penny. I hope it's back in stock soon!

This is the first eye cream that was moisturizing and actually made a significant difference to my raccoon eyes. It lasted a few months for me and when I came to repurchase recently, I had to refresh the page when I saw the price because I thought it was a glitch!! You cannot increase the price by almost double. Unfortunately I cannot afford it anymore. The five stars are for the product. They lose a star for the crazy price increase

Will no longer be using this eye cream as the price jacked up 30 dollars?!? With the cost to goods vs the retail price this is unreasonable. You are going to lose valuable customers cause this is unethical.

The only eye cream that I have purchased twice. I really notice a difference

I have been purchasing this for quite a while, and have really enjoyed the benefits! But, just recently noticed that the price I was paying for it had all the sudden increased by like $20-$30! I cannot afford that and it’s very sad because I have a feeling they will lose a lot of customers by jacking up their prices so high!
I have sent multiple emails asking about why the price increased but have gotten no response. I’m so disappointed.

I love how my skin looks but better yet, I love how clean it feels

I love the smell of this cleanser. It foams up when pumped and goes on light. Doesn't feel oily or leave any residue. My face definitely feels cleaner. I'm on my second bottle and will continue to use this one in the future.
